We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Shipping & Returns
We will ship within 2 business days and will send over a tracking number from Canada post or UPS.
If your within the GTA I will do local delivery service on orders over $200 and will send a picture via email or text. Customers may email or text to request times to meet for product exchange.
if the product has been shipped back to us due to failure of receiving the product from Canada post or UPS, the customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost.
Battle Hammer Games will not be responsible for stolen or lost items once
Are you a beginner and want to learn how to play or practice.
Email or call us to set up a time for a tutorial or wanting to play. We will always be glad to meet and play.
